Angels are frontrunners for Japanese closer Kyuji Fujikawa

The Japanese right-hander Kyuji Fujikawa is close to making a decision, reports Tim Brown of Yahoo! Sports. According to Brown, the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim are frontrunners for the closer.
Fujikawa, 32, was 2-2 with an ERA of 1.32 with 24 saves in 47.2 innings with the Hanshin Tigers this past season.
The Dodgers, Orioles, Cubs, Diamondbacks and Rangers are also interested in Fujikawa.
